Friend O' Meter

Labels: , ,

I remember back in the days when we became high school freshmen, it was tense, everyone wanted to act cool and tough, though deep inside all of us were quite fidgety at the moment, for most of us it was the first time to be away from our parents,(Seminary) Well as time passed , some got along, others didn't , everyone of us for at least one time fought not only with our fists but with our humongous ego, we had groups that hangout and each one thought they were right and cool, well to make my point shorter, in the end,? We all became friends and we treat each other as brothers in blood, up to now we gather every year, celebrate, drink and catch up, we share our problems and mourn with each other. I can truly say,we are family.
you see , you can never truly call someone your friend if the two of you have never fought, to see each others ugly side , how you repair that tarnished relationship back either to the way it was or maybe stronger, to test that bond over the years, up to how much pressure can it take? If that friendship somehow finds its way back, then I tell you my friend that is someone you should keep.
- For my brothers, in my greatest time of need, all of you were always there, either physically or emotionally, and you never cease to disappoint, we may have other friends but our love will never end. Till death do us part

My grandma said something today that made to think and smile, ” the world is a big stage, and everyone plays a part ” I wonder what’s mine? and how do I get the part? do i have to audition? are there judges? ( Hope Simon cowell ain’t one of them ) but there can i only be a handful of stars right? even though there may be some excelling in their field someone has to play those parts that we seldom pay any attention to, the guard, the peasant who died , the chemistry teacher who suddenly burst into flames and had her ashes peed at, (okay that doesn’t normally happen in theaters, just wishful thinking :) ) or sometimes the people who are merely passerbys at a scene, But there are no small roles , nothing is insignificant , or so they say , that’s just a courtesy speech to heighten the morale of the directors ” “troops”. we have to face reality, that sometimes life ain’t fair , but that is life after all,. you can’t always get what you want, there won’t be any excitement then.we just have to play the cards we are dealt with right, ? tell me I’m right… oh yeah and by the way , my role now is that I’m the charming prince fighting an evil witch named Beabitch and his Dog Alexus, (poor dog , got caught in the crossfire, ) but seriously , When will we know our part here?
